Pearson's Employee Referral Program

Refer a friend/colleague and get paid!

Pearson recognizes that its employees may be the best source of locating and recruiting high caliber candidates to fill temporary positions. To encourage employees to recruit and recommend Pearson as an employer to their friends and acquaintances, Pearson offers a referral bonus to reward employees who refer candidates to successfully fill temporary positions. 

Employees are eligible to receive a $100.00 bonus when Pearson hires a candidate they have referred for NBPTS Scorer, Supervisor or Trainer temporary positions.

A referred applicant should REVIEW the NBPTS scoring requirements and follow the instructions to complete an online application survey in order to be considered for a position on the NBPTS project for Pearson.  If the referred applicant meets all eligibility / experience requirements for the NBPTS project, and is offered employment, Human Resources will request that the referred employee complete the Employee Referral Form and return it to Human Resources for processing.  Employee Referral Forms completed before an offer of employment is made will not be accepted.
